WHO WE ARE

Our businesses are operated under two main business segments:

OUR INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY

Our Group believes that the value of property development and property investment is highly correlated with the macro-economic fundamentals of the country in which the property is located. Consequently, having assessed the macro-economic fundamentals and property market data of a country, we determine when to purchase investment property and development sites when supply exceeds demand; and when to sell investment properties and developed sites when demand exceeds supply.

We closely manage and monitor every stage of our property development, which contributes to our effective project management, in particular, design management and cost control.

Our stringent quality control and effective project management allow us to focus more on the critical aspects of the development projects, which are reflected in the quality of our development and our design.

OUR FOCUS

TYPE OF INVESTMENT

We focus on the higher yield offered by small residential and commercial units (around 20-40 square meter per unit) that allow our Group to move fast with purchases and sales when market conditions dictate.

Location

Our Group is not geographically constrained and seeks property development and investment opportunities in countries that match our Group’s investment philosophy.

According to our market research, a large number of aging property units in Europe are under single ownership and are in poor state of maintenance which are suitable either for development, redevelopment or property enhancement, where the existing owners may not have the necessary funds or the interest to carry out property development or enhancement. These are our potential targets for acquisitions.

Starting from 2019, our Group has made significant investments in the property market in Greece taking advantage of the downturn in the Greek economy following the Greek debt crisis and the consequential potential capital growth of property prices during the economic recovery to follow.

Starting from 2023, our Group started our business expansion in the Baltic States. We expect to increase our investment in the Baltic States as soon as investment opportunities materialize.
